Sandy Harvey is a strategically-skilled human resources and operational executive strategist. She offers more than 25 years in human resources as a leader in recruiting, organizational management, facilitation, instructional design, performance management, succession planning, and marketing. A Diversity expert, she has executive advisory, coaching, and negotiation skills that she has utilized as a consultant and business owner for several years.

She is an out-of-the-box operational leader with the skill and acumen to bring stakeholders to the table to identify and implement solutions. Sandy has consulted with organizational leaders across the country. Her knowledge and credibility supports her work when collaborating with Executives to create and implement strategic culture initiatives and human resources effectiveness to ensure continued growth and development of the team. She considers herself a Diversity Disciple and seeks to offer solutions to support diversity in organizational leadership and at the boardroom table. She believes "Diversity is more than a hiring quota, it is whether the thoughts and ideas of all at the table are genuinely heard and applied." This is why her skill and expertise is sought-after; whether she is leading a discussion in the board room, facilitating online or in a classroom, or in the front of a room speaking - you can sense her passion and commitment.

She is passionate about working with individuals and organizations that are focused on creativity, efficiency, effectiveness, and impact. As a certified facilitator/administrator of several popular training programs, she has been able to go into companies across the United States and Canada to offer impacting and sustaining solutions. Some of the programs she is expertly skilled in are: FranklinCovey, Myers-Briggs, Development Dimension International (DDI), American Management Association, J. Howard & Associates, and AchieveGlobal.

Sandy graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and a MBA in Organizational Management. She is also a graduate of Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Evangelism & Church Planting.
